Recently, ZTE Corporation Ltd. (hereinafter, “ZTE”,Stock Code: A/H,000063/763) announced that it had completed its issuance of a total of RMB 12.5 billion ultra-short term financing bonds (this “Project”) from series 21 to 32 on the 2022 National Association of Financial Market Institutional Investors (NAFMII), of which, series 28 to 32 were the issuance of MTNs.

As ZTE’s legal service partner for more than twenty years, JunHe has assisted the company in its issuance of a series of medium-term notes (MTN), long-dated MTNs, and ultra-short term financing bonds in 2015, 2020 and 2021. In January and April 2022, JunHe again assisted ZTE and participated in the whole process of this Project, efficiently communicating and cooperating with the other intermediary institutions. JunHe undertook legal due diligence investigations, drafted the relevant documents and prepared the notification materials.
