ZTE Corporation (ZTE with the ticker symbol A/H, 000063/763) recently issued several announcements: an Announcement on the Issuance of Phase Eight SCP in 2022, an Announcement on the Issuance of Phases Nine to Fourteen SCP in 2022, an Announcement on the Issuance of Phases Fifteen to Nineteen SCP in 2022, and an Announcement on the Issuance of Phase Twenty SCP in 2022. These announcements signify that ZTE’s issuance of phases 8 to 20 SCP in 2020 in an aggregate amount of RMB12.5 billion (the “Project”) has been completed at the National Association of Financial Market Institutional Investors.

JunHe has provided legal services to ZTE for more than 10 years and assisted the company in the issuance of medium-term bonds, perpetual bonds and super short-term commercial papers in 2015, 2020, 2021 and January 2022. In this Project, JunHe maintained efficient communication and cooperation with the other intermediates and assisted ZTE with legal due diligence, the drafting of documents and the preparation of filing documents, which ultimately facilitated the successful completion of the Project.
