On March 30, 2022, the China Securities Regulatory Commission approved the private placement of A shares (the “Private Placement”) of Guangzhou Shiyuan Electronic Technology Company Limited (“CVTE”, stock code: 002841). The Private Placement intends to raise up to RMB 1.995 billion for investment in the construction of an intelligent manufacturing base for interactive intelligent display and control products.

As a leading LCD display main control board supplier in the world and a leading interactive intelligent panel (“IIP”) supplier in China, CVTE is dedicated to the research, development and sales of both products. In 2020 and the first half of 2021, the sales volume of LCD TV main control boards produced by CVTE accounted for 31.17% and 29.05% of all main control boards used in shipped LCD TVs around the world, respectively. Its LCD display main control boards have been widely used by TCL, Hisense, Haier, Konka, Changhong, Skyworth, Xiaomi, LG, Sharp, Panasonic and other well-known TV brands at home and abroad. Moreover, CVTE’s seewo IIP family has possessed the biggest share of China’s IIP market for nine consecutive years and has become a well-known brand in the fields of education information and commercial displays. The MAXHUB IIPs produced by CVTE for the conference product market have ranked first in the Chinese mainland market for three consecutive years, setting a benchmark in the industry. CVTE has a presence in more than 100 countries and regions around the world and has a leading share in the overseas IIP market.
