On July 8, 2022, Geovis Technology Co., Ltd. (stock code: 688568) (“Geovis” or the “Company”) announced the completion of private placement of its A-shares directed to specified investors (the “Offering”). Pursuant to the Offering, Geovis raised gross proceeds of RMB 1.550 billion through the issuance of 25,260,756 shares of its A-stock to specified investors at a price of RMB 61.36 per share. The Company intends to use the proceeds from the Offering to fund the development of digital earth solutions and general working capital needs. The Offering is of great significance to the future strategic planning and sustainable development of the Company.
Founded in 2006, Geovis is a high-tech company controlled by the Aerospace Information Research Institute (AIR) and was listed on SSE STAR Market in July 2020. As one of the earliest enterprises engaged in the R&D and industrialization of digital earth products, Geovis has independently developed Geovis digital earth platform products by combining big data, cloud computing and artificial intelligence and other new technology with the aerospace industry. Geovis covers end-to-end industrial chain technology from aerospace big data acquisition, processing, bearing, and visualization to data applications and it has a leading position in the digital earth sector in China. Since 2016, JunHe has served as permanent legal counsel to Geovis and represented the Company in its IPO on the SSE STAR Market.
