Paris, 25 November 2020 – Jeantet advised the Sabena technics group, one of the European leaders in the field of aircraft maintenance and modification, on its acquisitions of Aerotech Pro and Aeromecanic, companies specialising in military aircraft and helicopter maintenance services.

Through these operations, Sabena technics is reinforcing its external growth policy with a view to strengthening its position as a maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) service provider in the military market and becoming a leading company on the market.

Created in 2010, Aerotech Pro, headquartered in Aix-en-Provence, France, has developed recognised technical expertise in maintenance services, mainly at its Istres site, on A400M and A330 MRTT aircraft used in particular by the French Army.

Located on the Marignane airport site for more than 20 years, Aeromecanic is one of the leaders in helicopter maintenance for military use, particularly for Alouette II and III helicopters, as well as for all the new ranges developed by Airbus Helicopters.

Jeantet’s team was led by Philippe Matignon (Partner, Private Equity/M&A), Pascal Georges (Counsel, Private Equity/M&A), Blandine Lebreton and Camille Perodeau (Associates, Private Equity/M&A) for corporate matters
