real estate aspects, for the acquisition of the M building, to 6ème Sens Immobilier.
Located at 253 boulevard Pereire in Paris, the M develops 7 530m2 of offices. It is currently leased to Wework as part of a long-term lease.
La Française REM acquired this asset on behalf of SCPI (LF Grand Paris Patrimoine, Épargne Foncière, Crédit Mutuel Pierre 1, Sélectinvest 1, Pierre Privilège and Eurofoncière 2 and LF
Europimmo).
