Paris, 11 February 2021 – Jeantet advised the Dutch group JumboDiset, a privately held toy and games publisher, within the frame of exclusive discussions with the TF1 group with a view to acquiring TF1 Games and Dujardin, the leading toy and game publishers in France.
TF1 Games and Dujardin are publishers of classic games such as “Mille Bornes” and “Cochon qui Rit”, but also of new hits such as “Chronobomb” and “Burger Quiz”. In France, JumboDiset publishes most of its games under license from the well-known brand: “Nathan”.
JumboDiset is a privately held toy and games publisher with roots going back to the 1800’s through such companies as Royal Jumbo, Diset and James Galt. Jumbodiset operates throughout Europe and exports to over 70 countries around the world. Its portfolio is focussed on brands and products with strong local heritage and high consumer recognition.
