Paris, March 3, 2023, following the acquisition of Visco by Tikehau Investment Management in July 2022, Jeantet has assisted Tikehau Investment Management, the private equity business of Tikehau Capital, in the entry, as minority investors, of investment vehicles represented by Crédit Agricole Régions Investissement (Carvest) in the capital of Visco, a recognized operator in high-precision mechanical machining for leading-edge industries, notably defense, aeronautics, space, arms and energy in France, and the refinancing of the acquisition of Visco by Crédit Agricole Centre Loire.


Founded in 1908, Visco is based near Montargis. It specializes in the design, development and manufacture of complex, high value-added parts and sub-assemblies. It is referenced with the major operators in these cutting-edge industries, including Thales, Dassault, Nexter and Safran, in addition to a dozen other manufacturers.


A subsidiary of 11 Crédit Agricole Regional Banks, including Caisse Régionale Centre Loire, Crédit Agricole Régions Investissement (Carvest) supports companies in implementing growth capital and buyout transactions.
