We represented Ivanhoe Cambridge, the real estate subsidiary of Canada's pension fund CDPQ, in the sale to a private equity fund managed by Black Creek, of a 40% interest in a multifamily project known as "Nuevo Sur", located in Monterrey, Nuevo León.
