INTEGRITES has become the legal partner of Diia.City Union, the professional association of resident companies within Diia.City legal and tax framework established in Ukraine in 2022. The Union’s mission is to help build a strong, competitive IT industry in Ukraine that fosters innovation and thrives on the global stage.
In its new role, INTEGRITES is committed to supporting the Union’s goals and advancing Ukraine’s tech sector both domestically and internationally. The firm will contribute its legal expertise to industry-wide discussions on regulation, compliance, and digital innovation, and will play an active role in shaping fair, forward-looking legal and policy frameworks for the IT industry.
Established in 2024, Diia.City Union is a self-regulatory business association with more than 240 members, including leading Ukrainian and international tech companies.
