Prof. Riccardo Villata to deliver the inaugural lecture of the series "Il Filo d'Arianna" on February 9, at the Lombardy Regional Courthouse.
As on many other occasions, this recognition attests to the strong and vibrant connection between Studio VILDE and the Lombard administrative law community.
The lecture will focus on the principle of results in administrative case law. Introduced into the Public Contracts Code, this principle is having a disruptive impact on litigation concerning public procurement and risks seriously undermining legal certainty in public tender procedures, in light of the pursuit of an objective deemed paramount by the contracting authority.
