HSA Advocates (HSA) acted as the legal advisors to the International Finance Corporation (IFC) and the Government of Odisha on the structuring and implementation of a Public Private Partnership (PPP) project in relation to the augmentation of the health infrastructure in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, through private sector participation (Project). The Project seeks to increase access to improved healthcare services in Bhubaneswar.
