Holland & Knight, together with the Costa Rican law firm of Consortium Legal, has advised Banco Latinoamericano de Comercio Exterior (Bladex) and Wells Fargo as joint lead arrangers and bookrunners on an $85 million senior unsecured syndicated loan to Costa Rica’s Banco BAC San Jose. Banco BAC Costa Rica is a member of the Grupo Aval group of companies. The deal closed on May 27.
Bladex is a supranational bank established by the central banks of Latin American and Caribbean countries to promote foreign trade finance and economic integration.
