Hogan Lovells advised PATRIZIA on tax issues related to the sale of 15,400 sqm office buildings portfolio in Warsaw to VIG Fund, a real estate vehicle from Vienna Insurance Group.
The portfolio consists of the following office buildings located in Warsaw: Norway House at 19 Lwowska Street, CH25 at 25 Chmielna Street as well as N21 at 21 Nowogrodzka Street.
Andrzej Dębiec (partner) and Zbigniew Marczyk (counsel), both from the Tax Practice at Warsaw office of Hogan Lovells, were involved in providing tax advice in relation to the transaction.
