Peter Möhrle Holding, GP Capital UG and further shareholders have entered into an agreement on the sale of Specialized Industrial Coatings Holding (SIC group) to an affiliated company of US The Sherwin-Williams Company. The business solutions portfolio of SIC group, comprising Oskar Nolte GmbH and Klumpp Coatings GmbH and their subsidiaries, includes foil coatings as well as radiation-cured and waterbased coatings for the board, furniture and flooring industry. Operating in Europe, Asia and South America, the business employs around 220 people and has an annual turnover of approx. EUR 100 million. Closing of the transaction is subject to customary conditions.
