At the request of the main shareholder Lenovo Germany Holding GmbH, the Annual General Meeting of MEDION AG resolved on 12 November 2024 to transfer the shares of the minority shareholders of MEDION AG to the main shareholder in return for an appropriate cash compensation. Lenovo Germany Holding GmbH is an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of the listed Lenovo Group Limited.
