Avance advises Hemsö in its acquisition of a social and healthcare center located in central Hollola, outside Lahti. The building, completed in 2021, brings together several services under one roof, including a primary care center, psychological services and dental care. The total lettable area amounts to 4,300 square meters. The Wellbeing Services County of Päijät-Häme is the tenant with a long-term lease agreement. After the transaction, Hemsö owns 90,000 square meters of social and healthcare properties in Finland.
