Hammarskiöld advised Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB (publ) (“SBB”) in connection with the admission to trading of SBB’s common shares of class B and class D on Nasdaq Stockholm (Large Cap segment). The common class B and common class D shares were previously listed on Nasdaq First North Premier Growth Market. SBB’s preference shares will remain listed on Nasdaq First North Premier Growth Market.
SBB owns, manages and develops community service properties throughout the Nordic region and rental apartments in growth regions in Sweden.
