Hamlins is delighted to announce that it has advised new client,
AIM quoted MoneySwap plc (AIM:SWAP) on the conditional investment by
Wraith Holding B.V. by way of a subscription for shares in the company
to raise up to £3.6m in consideration for 75% of the company’s share
capital.

MoneySwap is a Gibraltar incorporated payment solutions provider
which allows both online and point of sale transactions to be settled
using UnionPay cards with operations in Hong Kong and China.

Wraith is an investment company backed by Gilbert Amenta who has considerable experience in the payments sector.

This is an extremely significant transaction for MoneySwap as Wraith
intends to work closely with MoneySwap to assist in developing its
payment processing business.
