The project is planned for 12 residential and office towers (25–35 floors), with approximately 3,200 units, located along Mai Chi Tho Boulevard near the Thu Thiem New Urban Area and the future Binh Khanh Metro Station — a strategic “golden land” in Ho Chi Minh City that recently attracted attention as one of 2025’s most significant real-estate M&A deals.
