Chilean law firms Guerrero Olivos and Garay Guerrero announced that, starting as of January 1, 2018, they will continue providing intellectual property services separately and not through their subsidiary Garay Guerrero, as until now. Guerrero Olivos decided to integrate such practice to the rest of its practice areas, while Garay Guerrero preferred to continue independently, now under Garay IP.
Guerrero Olivos’ intellectual property practice area will be headed by specialist Diego Morandé, and Garay IP by specialist Jorge Garay.
As a consequence, Guerrero Olivos and Garay Guerrero terminate their professional relationship of more than 10 years, in a mutually agreed process which intends to favor the best service to their clients.
