Guerrero Olivos has taken a major step to strengthen its offer of services and continue delivering comprehensive advice to its clients by launching TValora, an economic and financial consulting firm. TValora was created to provide economic consulting services to support its clients in matters that require economic analyses, with a focus on the delivery high quality products at a reasonable cost.
TValora is also formed by Tomás Boetsch and Carlos Barrios, who have extensive and relevant experience in these matters and had held senior positions as CEO and CFO of leading organizations in Chile, as well as with transfer pricing teams at prominent firms in New York. Tomás holds an industrial civil engineer degree from Universidad de Los Andes, and an MBA from the ESE Business School, while Carlos holds an industrial civil engineer degree from Catholic University of Chile, and an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.
TValora provides asset, project and enterprise valuation services, transfer pricing consulting and financial and business management advisory. As local entities have until June to verify their compliance with the recently enacted norms on transfer prices and to present the corresponding affidavit on cross-border transactions with related parties, TValora will focus during the next months on advising and supporting its clients on transfer pricing matters and related matters.
