Guerrero Olivos Appoints New Partner

 

Guerrero Olivos has named Francisca Pellegrini Munita as its new partner, effective January 2025. Francisca has built her entire career at Guerrero Olivos, and has been part of the energy, environmental law, and natural resources team since 2012.

 

Francisca’s professional practice focuses on investment projects across various industries, including energy, mining, and agribusiness. She has extensive experience in financing, acquisitions, sales, environmental advisory, permit management, and water rights law.

Additionally, Francisca has played a prominent role in the firm’s Pro Bono Committee, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee, and is one of the founders of Guerrero Olivos' LAW (Legal Advice for Women) program.

Francisca is a lawyer of the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, where she also completed a Diploma in Natural Resources and Energy Law in 2014. In 2017, she obtained an LL.M. from University College London and, in 2018, was a foreign associate at Ashurst LLP in Madrid, Spain. In 2024, she was recognized as the “Rising Star Associate of the Year” in Chile at The Legal 500 Awards.
