Ritch Mueller represented BBVA, Santander, Scotiabank and HSBC, in the refinancing of Grupo Gigante's existing debt for an aggregate amount of MXN$4,850 million. The consolidated credit agreement is secured by means of a security trust agreement and a securities' pledge with transfer of ownership (prenda bursatil traslativa de propiedad).
