Ritch Mueller represented BBVA, as administrative agent, HSBC and BBVA, as joint bookrunners, and certain financial institutions party thereto, in connection with an unsecured amended and restated credit agreement dated September 6, 2019, entered into by Grupo Axo and certain of its subsidiaries, as guarantors, for a total amount of MXN$2,620 million to finance the acquisition of Tennix and Privalia.
