As of June 30, 2026, following the satisfaction of certain conditions precedent, Mobiliare Real Estate Solutions S.A.C., a subsidiary of Grupo Mobiliare, made a capital contribution to Operadora Portuaria S.A., a subsidiary of Grupo Andino, through which it increased its stake in the share capital to 50%. The investment made by Grupo Mobiliare amounts to approximately S/ 73 million.
Through this transaction, Grupo Andino and Grupo Mobiliare consolidate their alliance following Grupo Mobiliare's acquisition of 38% of the share capital of Operadora Portuaria S.A. on December 31, 2025. Both companies aim to jointly develop, through Operadora Portuaria S.A., logistics projects, asset optimization initiatives, and new investments in the coastal region of Lima and Callao.
