Global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP expanded its Corporate Practice with the addition of Monica Diddell as a shareholder in its Minneapolis office. Diddell joins the firm from Polsinelli.

Diddell provides advice to a diverse array of entities, from public and private companies to private equity firms and their portfolio companies. She focuses on managing complex asset and stock acquisitions, divestitures, mergers, joint ventures, and minority investments. She also regularly handles and negotiates complex commercial agreements.

Diddell earned her J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center and her B.A. from Texas A&M University.
