Global Vietnam Lawyers (GV Lawyers) is proud to have acted as legal counsel to AnyMind Group in its acquisition of Vibula, a company operating in the fields of social commerce and live commerce in Vietnam. This marks AnyMind Group’s first merger and acquisition (M&A) deal in the Vietnamese market and its 11th globally.
The acquisition forms part of AnyMind’s broader strategy to scale its AI-powered live commerce and influencer marketing solutions across Southeast Asia. Through this deal, AnyMind aims to deepen its presence in Vietnam’s fast-growing digital commerce market by leveraging Vibula’s local expertise, creator network, and proprietary platforms.
GV Lawyers advised on key aspects of the transaction, including deal structure, regulatory matters, and transaction documentation. The deal was led by Partner Tung Tran, with support from Senior Associate Tien Tran, Junior Associates Nghi Tieu and Truc Le, along with other members of the team.
