Guerrero Olivos continues representing German real estate developer, GLL, with investments in Europe, the UK, USA, Perú, Chile, Mexico and Australia, on a daily basis, in Chile.
On the transactional side, our real estate and corporate teams represented GLL in the USD45 million sale to Sura Group, local affiliate of Colombian corporation Grupo Sura America, of all the shares of the SPV that owns Nueva Las Condes 7 Building, an AAA Class office building located in a corporate and commercial district in Santiago named Nueva Las Condes.
The transaction included legal due diligence of the assets and liabilities, tax structure of the transaction and negotiation of the SPA and all other relevant contracts and documents.
