The seller is DAAily Platforms AG, an association of the Architonic, ArchDaily and Designboom platforms, in which the NZZ Group holds a majority stake.

It develops and operates brands, platforms and services for the architecture, design, luxury and creative industries. The company operates at the intersection of design, materials and luxury, delivering content, platforms, and integrated solutions. Its portfolio includes design media such as Interior Design, Luxe Interiors + Design, Metropolis, Azure, Design Milk, and Architizer, as well as digital research and marketing platforms, events and data-driven services for design-oriented audiences.

Acquiring Architonic strengthens SANDOW's position in the international architecture and design market, expanding its digital portfolio and creating synergies between its existing media brands, platforms and services.
