October 2016 – Gallo Barrios Pickmann Abogados announces the addition of Eduardo Campodonico as a partner and head of the Banking and Finance practice area. Campodonico strengthens the capabilities of the firm in the financial sector.
Campodonico main practice focuses on the areas of Banking and Finance, Capital Markets, and Projects and Infrastructure. He has extensive experience in advising and structuring all types of bank financings: medium-term corporate loans, syndicated financing operations, complex financial leases, project finance, both local and international. He has advised both financial institutions as sponsors and borrowers. He also has experience in financing operations in the capital markets through public and private offerings, securitization and international debt issues.
Campodonico obtained a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the Virginia School of Law and is a lawyer from the University of Lima. Before joining Gallo Barrios Pickmann Abogados, he was part of the Corporate and Financial area at Hernández & Cia. Abogados (2013-2016), and was Deputy Legal Manager of Corporate Finance of Banco de Credito del Peru (BCP) (2009-2013).
