Galadari Advocates & Legal Consultants has announced the appointment of Asmae Bazaani as Counsel in its Tax practice, further strengthening the firm’s capabilities in corporate tax, transfer pricing, and cross-border structuring.

 

Asmae brings over a decade of international tax experience across the UAE and Europe, having held senior roles at EY and Deloitte, as well as previously practicing as a Tax Lawyer at CMS Luxembourg. Her background combines Big Four advisory expertise with formal legal training, positioning her uniquely at the intersection of tax strategy and legal defensibility.

 

Her practice focuses on corporate tax advisory, transfer pricing governance, international group restructurings, and tax aspects of mergers and acquisitions. She has advised multinational groups, investment platforms, and private equity clients on the design and implementation of tax-efficient structures aligned with OECD standards and evolving regulatory frameworks.
