Regional law firm, GA Solicitors, has been officially listed as the only ‘Band One’ law firm in Plymouth in the category for “Private Wealth” following extensive research by an international guide to the profession.
Chambers High Net Worth 2021 has identified wills, trusts and probate partners and as the city’s leading experts in private wealth advice – for the third year in succession.
Independent research by Chambers took place over a six month period to March 2021 which involved interviews with thousands of clients, industry professionals (such as accountants and independent financial advisors) and other law firms before publishing its findings.
The research found that GA Solicitors is considered to be “one of the premier law firms in the Plymouth area”. The industry commentators added that “their main strength is their personable way of looking after the best interests of their clients”.
It also went on to describe the firm as “professional and approachable” in relation to work involving trusts, probate, powers of attorney and inheritance tax.
Chambers researchers found: “The ‘excellent’ Jonathan Hall is described by interviewees as ‘really friendly, conscientious and professional’.” He regularly assists wealthy families with business succession planning and contentious trust matters.”
According to a local financial planner, Matthew Rose is “always a pleasure to work with and I have full confidence in referring our clients to him,”. He is a trusted adviser to business owners and farming clients, assisting with succession planning. Another interviewee describes him as ‘knowledgeable and efficient’.”
