Fontaine & Cía. announced the appointment of Pablo Muñoz as Director of the firm’s Litigation practice, following the sustained growth of the area and with the aim of further strengthening the firm’s positioning in this field.

The firm has extensive experience advising clients in disputes related to the construction and real estate sectors. It is recognized for its work in resolving commercial conflicts, insolvency and restructuring proceedings, and representing companies in labor-related claims.

Pablo Muñoz is an expert litigation attorney with an outstanding professional trajectory and has been part of Fontaine’s team since 2006. He holds a Law degree from Pontificia Universidad Católica, an LL.M. with a specialization in Private Law from Universidad de Chile, and a Diploma in Litigation from Pontificia Universidad Católica, among other qualifications.
