Jonas Bühlmann specializes in national and international tax law and advises SMEs, start-ups, corporate groups and entrepreneurs. His focus is on corporate taxes, tax advice on M&A transactions, corporate succession and financing as well as on tax aspects of real estate.
Jonas Bühlmann also supports his clients in the context of reorganisations and tax accounting.
