Natasha brings over 17 years of diverse experience advising corporates, investors, and financial institutions on complex transactions, regulatory strategy, corporate restructuring, and governance. Her practice spans both Indian and international markets, including in-house roles with Porsche Cars and Pfizer in the UK, and senior positions at leading Indian firms such as Tatva Legal, Dua Associates, and Sakura Advisory.

A commercially focused and solutions-driven practitioner, Natasha is known for her ability to navigate high-value, cross-border transactions and deliver advice that aligns legal precision with business imperatives.
