Conyers provided Cayman Islands and British Virgin Islands legal advice to Eternal Beauty Holdings Limited (“Eternal Beauty”) in connection with its initial public offering and the listing of its shares on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.
Eternal Beauty is the largest perfume group in China (including Hong Kong and Macau) and has a large and diverse portfolio of iconic brands of not only perfumes, but also color cosmetics, skincare products, personal care products, eyewear and home fragrances.
The IPO raised HK$960.19 million, marking a significant milestone in the company’s growth and supporting its continued development across the beauty, perfumes and personal care sectors.
