CoreX Holding B.V. (CoreX) has entered into a share purchase agreement with Avanco Resources Pty Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of BHP Group Limited, to acquire 100% of BHP’s interest in the Carajás Copper Assets, located in one of the world’s most significant copper-producing regions in Brazil.
