Elena has more than 30 years of experience in public law, regulation and contracting, standing out for her experience in public procurement, urban planning, environment and advising public administrations and regulated companies.
She has led key projects in tendering procedures, regulatory compliance and adaptation to regulations in strategic sectors, consolidating herself as a reference in her field.
Throughout her career, Elena has held leading positions in firms such as Uría & Menéndez and Garrigues & Andersen, as well as prominent roles in public institutions such as the Agència de Gestió d'Ajuts Universitaris i de Recerca (AGAUR).
His experience combines public and commercial law with a focus on environment, technological innovation and biotechnology. In addition, she has deepened in the application of artificial intelligence to regulatory compliance in innovative sectors, providing a strategic and updated vision.
With a law degree from the University of Barcelona, Elena has complemented her training in corporate and administrative law, consolidating herself as a versatile professional with an outstanding innovative capacity.
