DZP, as a part of an international team coordinated by Mills & Reeve, advised Richardson Malting (UK) Limited, a subsidiary of Richardson International in the acquisition of Ragleth Limited, owner of Anglia Maltings holding company, whose portfolio includes the Crisp Malt brand.
Richardson is a Canadian agriculture and food processing giant with more than 3,000 employees worldwide, which markets and sells all major Canadian-grown grains and oilseeds.
For our client, the transaction is another step in a long-term strategy, which includes the diversification of further growth in the food processing industry.
