DPC advised the Bulgarian entrepreneur Dilyan Pavlov on its investment in Park Lane Office Center - a high-tech multifunctional business building at a top location in Sofia.
It will offer 35 000 sq. meters of class A office spaces, suitable for companies in the financial, IT and commercial sectors. The law firm's client joined the project as a shareholder together with prominent names in the real estate sector in Bulgaria.
DPC's partner Zoya Todorova, head of Corporate and M&A Practice, and the associate Radina Tomanova led the deal.
