ORLANDO, Fla. (Jan. 24, 2017) – Statewide law firm Broad and Cassel today announced Orlando Partner Doug Starcher has been named to serve on the Central Florida Advisory Board for IBERIABANK, a 129-year-old subsidiary of IBERIABANK Corporation.

Local community and business leaders currently serving on the advisory board include Chairman, Randy O.

Burden; Dennis Buhring; John O. Burden, Sr.; James P. Caruso; Tracy S. Forrest; Jason W. Searl, Esq; and Craig T. Ustler. This advisory board works closely with local executive leadership in executing strategic growth initiatives.

Starcher is a partner in Broad and Cassel’s Orlando office and co-chair of the firm’s Corporate and Finance Practice Group. In addition, he is a member of the firm’s Public Finance and Capital Projects, Computer and Technology Law, and Intellectual Property practice groups.

Starcher has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, organizational restructuring, contracts and technology licensing. He earned his undergraduate degree from Georgetown University in business administration and graduated from Florida State University College of Law with his juris doctor degree. Starcher also serves on the board for Orlando, Inc. and Grace Medical Home, Inc.
