The team, comprising Ravi Charan Pentapati (Partner) and Niharika Agarwal (Senior Associate), represented and assisted the client throughout the process, facilitating the seamless transfer of the business undertakings of Plerum Infra Projects Private Limited to Auro Realty Private Limited.
