Sapezhnikov is a trusted advisor to public and private companies, boards of directors, special committees, and management teams, guiding them through high-stakes mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and shareholder activism. He was named an American Lawyer Dealmaker of the Year in 2023.

He has guided a global semiconductor company through one of the decade’s most significant technology acquisitions, as well many other strategic and capital market transactions; advised several healthcare manufacturers on complex mergers and cross-border acquisitions, divestitures, and spin-offs; advised several real estate investment trusts on mergers and other strategic transactions; and advised on a landmark merger that transformed a US telecommunications provider into one of the largest broadband and media companies. He has also been instrumental in advising a global logistics giant on strategic acquisitions, divestitures, spin-offs, and capital markets transactions, consistently delivering results for clients.
