May 5, 2022 – Dentons has reappointed partners Diego Pol and Judith Aron as Co-heads of the Europe Compliance and Investigations group for the term ending December 2024.

Based in Barcelona Diego Pol leads the Compliance and Investigations practice in Spain. He assists clients in the design and implementation of compliance programs, and in the planning and execution of complex internal investigations. Diego has advised numerous Spanish companies on export controls and international trade sanctions. In addition to his compliance work, he also advises on mergers and acquisitions and other corporate transactions. He is recognized among the top compliance lawyers in Spain by Chambers and Partners.

Judith Aron, partner in Dentons’ Berlin office, focuses on global corporate remediation and anti-corruption compliance. She has significant experience in advising clients, particularly in the health sector, on the repercussions of the US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act outside the US. She is also a member of the Europe Women’s Advancement Committee, which is focused on advancing women lawyers and leaders within Dentons. In 2021, Judith was recognized as one of the world’s top 100 women lawyers in the field of compliance and investigations in GIR’s Women in Investigations.
