Dentons Link Legal successfully represented the suspended directors of AGS Transact Technologies Ltd. and Securevalue India Ltd. in securing stays on investigations arising from FIRs and obtaining orders of no coercive action in multiple proceedings across jurisdictions over the course of the last four months, before the Hon’ble High Courts of Orissa, Karnataka, Madras, and Gujarat.
The matters arose out of contractual disputes between the parties which were improperly construed as criminal in nature, and the Firm’s representation ensured that the suspended directors were protected from coercive steps pending adjudication of the underlying disputes.
