Dentons Link Legal is representing AU Naturel Beauty Private Limited before the Ld. District Judge, Commercial Courts, Tis Hazari West, Delhi ( Commercial Court) and the Hon’ble Delhi High Court in a dispute under the Trade Marks Act, 1999 and the ad-interim ex-parte injunction Order against AU Natural Beauty Private Limited by the Commercial Court. The ad-interim ex-parte injunction Order against AU Natural Beauty Private Limited restrained them from selling and marketing cosmetic and beauty products under the brand name “NEUDE”.
Dentons Link Legal challenged the said Order before the Hon’ble Delhi High Court, wherein the Hon’ble Delhi High Court has been pleased to allow the sale of goods of AU Natural Beauty Private Limited under the brand name “NEUDE” by modifying the ad-interim ex-parte injunction Order and further directed that the goods of the AU Naturel Beauty Private Limited be immediately de-sealed from the warehouse of the manufacturer. The Hon’ble Delhi High Court has also referred the parties for mediation in the meanwhile to explore the possibility of settlement.
