Dentons Link Legal acted as the placement counsel and advised KRN Heat Exchanger and Refrigeration Limited (the “Company”) and IIFL Capital Services Limited and ICICI Securities Limited (the “Book Running Lead Managers” or the “BRLMs”), in relation to the placement of the equity shares of the Company to institutional investors. Through this placement, the Company, issued and allotted 33,01,886 equity shares of face value of ₹ 10 each at a price of ₹ 1,060.00 per Equity Share, including a premium of ₹ 1,050.00 per Equity Share, aggregating to ₹ 34,999.99 lakhs (the “Issue”).
The placement document was filed with BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited.
