NIIF IFL is backed by National Investment and Infrastructure Fund (NIIF) which is majorly anchored by Government of India-backed infrastructure debt provider, in connection with the extension of financial assistance to multiple SPVs of Radiance Renewables, an Eversource Capital portfolio company and a leader in India’s Commercial & Industrial renewable energy sector. This marks NIIF IFL’s second financing transaction with Radiance Renewables in in last 7 (seven) months reflecting the strong and trusted partnership between the parties, with Dentons Link Legal advising on both deals.
The financing supports multiple operating renewable power projects (having quality C&I Offtakers in Karnataka, Maharashtra and Uttar Pradesh, with proceeds utilized to repay debt. This strategic refinancing not only strengthens Radiance Renewables’ capital structure but also reinforces its commitment to sustainable growth and long-term clean energy leadership in India.
