Dentons Link Legal advised Hinduja Renewables Energy Private Limited (“Hinduja”) in its strategic collaboration with Lloyds Metals & Energy Limited (“Lloyds”) for setting up a captive solar power project in Maharashtra with an aggregate capacity of approximately 86 MWp. The transaction included: (a) advisory on structuring the SPV and the captive project; and (b) drafting, negotiating and finalisation of the transaction documents.
